Train passengers travelling between Birmingham and Shrewsbury warned of cancellations due to signal issues

Train passengers are being warned to expect delays of cancellations due to a fault with the signals in Telford.

Transport for Wales (TfW) said the fault with the signalling system at Telford Central would impact services in both directions between Shrewsbury and Birmingham International.

The rail operator added that disruption to services is expected until 1pm.
