Teenager charged following shooting in Birmingham

A teenager has been charged following a shooting in Clissold Street, Birmingham on Thursday, 7 July.
The 17-year-old boy who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been charged with section 18 wounding and a firearms offence. He was remanded to appear at Walsall Magistrates Court today (14 July).

Hide AdA 19-year-old man has now been released from hospital. Two boys aged 16, and a 20-year-old woman, who were also arrested have been released on police bail as enquiries continue.
