Hundreds of runners braved the heat during the 2022 Solihull Half Marathon and 10K run on Sunday (14 August).

Runners took part in the race to raise money for charity with temperatures exceeding 30 degrees on what was a boiling hot day in the West Midlands.

It was another brilliant event with food and entertainment also taking place at the event village in Malvern Park. But will the marathon go ahead again next year?

Here’s what you need to know.

For what will be the third year in a row, the Solihull Marathon will take place in 2023.

The Solihull Half Marathon & 10k will take place on Sunday, 13th August 2023. The race will once again start and finish in Malvern Park in the town centre, and you can sign up for the race now.

Tickets are available, including the Early Bird Half Marathon (£32) and Early Bird 10k (£30). Group bookings of up to six places are also also available - order yours, here.
