When she’s not interviewing the Prime Minister, playing darts with Prince William, or pushing weathermen into the River Mersey, Alison Hammond can be found honing her distinctive style. The This Morning presenter, 48, from Birmingham, always seems to be donning a sleek and classy outfit, and fans want to know how she fills her wardrobe.
It appears that she likes to keep things on the cheaper side, something we can all respect during the cost of living crisis. She has been spotted wearing a leopard print dress from Debenhams for £19.99, a Live Unlimited top for £39, and a slightly more pricey kimono costing £59.
The new Great British Bake Off presenter also sells her old clothes on reliked.com, which provides further evidence of her cheap-chic wardrobe. Many of Alison’s pre-loved clothes for sale are from high-street brands such as ASOS, BooHoo, Burton, and Mango. These include a tailored fit waistcoat, a black sequin dress, and some velvet fitted trousers from ASOS Curve.
Alison has previously hailed ASOS’s Curve collection as a staple in her wardrobe. Speaking at This Morning Live, she said; “I love ASOS Curve. I think they’re brilliant, and I’m always in Yours clothing. I find they’re so comfortable and wearable and not too expensive.”
Alison has also revealed she gets help from a stylist for her This Morning appearances. David O’Brien is the show’s Head Of Wardrobe & Presenters Style, and frequently shares looks he has created for the presenters on his Instagram. As well as outfits for Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby, O’Brien has created several looks for Alison Hammond.
In one post, he revealed he dressed Alison in items from Live Unlimited London, Yours Clothing, and ASOS. On her birthday, O’Brien dressed Alison in a bright pink dress from NastyGal.
