We’ve had a look at the famous faces - actors, musicians and even politicians - who were raised in and around the city, before pursuing fame largely away from the West Midlands region. Now, we’ve decided to take a look at the celebs who currently reside in and around the city.
A number of musicians, footballers and comedians still live near the places they were born and raised, with some celebrities also having moved to the region.

1. Joe Lycett
The Hall Green born comedian's career has gone from strength to strength in recent years and he currently lives in Kings Heath. His Channel 4 chat show Late Night Lycett was filmed live from Digbeth. His mum and dad still live in Hall Green and he has family in Solihull | The British Basketball League
2. Dave Hill
Slade guitarist Dave Hill also still lives in the West Midlands. Dave was raised in Penn, Wolverhampton and lived in Solihull in the 70s. He still lives in the West Midlands with his family today | Getty
