The partnership would reportedly make Grealish an official ambassador of the iconic Italian company, a move which The Athletic says is ‘unprecedented’ for a sportsperson.
Grealish became the most expensive British footballer of all time following his £100 million pound move to Premier League champions City from Villa in the summer.
His previous performances for Villa since his boyhood-club returned to English football’s top division in 2019, as well as his contribution to England’s run to the 2020 European Championship final has made him a popular figure across the country.
