Honorary Brummie Sharon Osbourne, wife of Ozzy Osbourne, recently visited Birmingham to enjoy two of the world premieres of ballet shows based on the life and times of two very different musical legends.
Sharon, 70, attended Black Sabbath the Ballet, a musical based on the heavy metal band co-founded by her husband, on its opening night at Birmingham Hippodrome. The theatrical showstopper was a star-studded affair with Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi, who also worked on the musical's production, in attendance with fellow bandmate Geezer Butler, Led Zeppelin founder Robert Plant and Bev Bevan of ELO.

Sharon watched the musical, for which Frank Sinatra's daughter Tina Sinatra gave her inputs, this week and shared her reaction.
Sharon wrote on X, formerly Twitter: "Had a fantastic night @BirminghamRep watching @Sinatra_Musical. This fabulous show about the life and music of Frank Sinatra is amazing. So lovely to meet the talented cast too!"
How people reacted to Sinatra the Musical
She is not the only one who has complimented the musical about the legendary Frank Sinatra, who died in 1998. Sinatra, who was a father of three - Frank Sinatra Jr., Tina Sinatra, Nancy Sinatra - and was married to the incredible Ava Gardner, has had an interesting life in tinseltown. He is being portrayed by Matt Doyle - a Tony award winning actor and singer.

One person, who watched the show, said: "Tonight @BirminghamRep Matt Doyle totally killed it in Sinatra the Musical. So glad I came."
