Three new Asda Express stores are set to open in Birmingham later this month.

The supermarket chain has announced it is opening 110 Express convenience stores across the UK in February. Among the new openings are three locations in Birmingham, with two being converted from former stores acquired from Co-op and EG Group.

One new standalone Express store will also open in the city in Febraury.

The retailer will convert 109 former convenience stores acquired from the Co-op and EG Group to Asda Express this month, as well as the new standalone Express store in Birmingham.

When and where are the stores opening?

A brand new stadalone Asda Express store will open at 573 Pershore Road in Edgbaston on Tuesday, Febrauary 13.

The second Birmingham store will open on Thursday, Febraury 15 on Stratford Road, Sparkhill and the third will open at Powick Road in Erdington on Friday, February 23.
