A 45-year-old drug dealer was carrying a large amount of crack cocaine and heroin in the streets
A 45-year-old man drug dealer was caught as he dumped hard drugs with an estimated street value of more than £4,000 over a wall.
Mohammed Jangheer was spotted acting in a suspicious manner by officers on patrol, in Villa Road, in Handsworth, on August 5 last year.
He was chased by the officers after failing to stop to speak to them.

West Midlands Police stated: “He wouldn’t stop for officers, who chased him, and as they did, he threw a bag over a wall. It was recovered and found to contain a large quantity of Class A drugs, while we also seized a phone that showed links to drug dealing.
“In total more than 400 wraps of drugs were seized which were tested and confirmed to be crack cocaine and heroin.”
Jangheer, of Village Road, Witton, was then charged with possession with intent to supply both crack cocaine and heroin but denied both offences.
Following a trial at Birmingham Crown Court, he was subsequently found guilty on 20 July and has been remanded in custody ahead of being sentenced in September.
“Drug crime brings harm to communities, which is why we’re working so hard to tackle it,” the force added.
