Birmingham's German Christmas market has been attracting thousands of visitors since it opened at the start of November.
Brummies and UK residents from far and wide have been enjoying the market's festivities, including mulled wine, Bratwurst, hot chocolate and the Christmas gift stalls on New Street. The market runs right up until Christmas Eve this year.
It's without doubt one of the best and most popular markets in the UK, and even sees people travel from abroad to visit. But are there any other Christmas markets in the West Midlands region to enjoy? there are a number of Christmas markets taking place in the city's commuter towns outside of Birmingham.

1. Stratford-upon-Avon Victorian Christmas Market
The Stratford-upon-Avon Victorian Christmas Market is back this year and it's bigger than ever. Located 38 miles south of Birmingham, Stratford's Victorian-themed market will be filled with around 300 stalls this year and once again will feature classic rides and live entertainment. This year's market takes place from Thursday, December 7, to Sunday, December 10. 2. Worcester Victorian Christmas Fayre
38 miles from Birmingham is Worcester's Victorian Christmas fayre. The market will take place from Thursday, November 30 to Sunday, December 3 this year. You can get to Worcester from New Street in around 45 minutes and the Fayre will be located in New Street, Friar Street, Pump Street, High Street, the Cornmarket and Cathedral Square. A full programme of entertainment has been planned for the weekend, with a number of traditional Victorian entertainers lined up to amuse the crowd and plenty of Christmas music as carol singers fill the streets. 3. Warwick Castle
Christmas at Warwick Castle, which features its own Christmas market, gets underway on Saturday, November 25 and it runs throughout December until January 7. It's 33 miles from Birmingham city centre. Here, you can explore twinkling trees, dazzling decorations, and festive flourishes at every turn. Meet Santa in the cosy castle library as you hear a story of festive hope and joy. Wrap up warm and take a stroll through the enchanting Christmas market and treat yourself to a festive feast. 4. Kenilworth Christmas Markets
Just 21 miles from Birmingham, the Kenilworth Christmas lights switch on, which also features a festive market, will be taking place this Sunday, November 26. Alongside the Arts, Crafts, Street Food, Bars and Fun Fair on Warwick Road and Abbey End, the market will be taking place in Talisman Sqaure to compliment the main event.
