Birmingham stab victim named as family pay tribute to 'kind' man killed in Bordesley Green

Police have charged a man with murder as the victim of a fatal stabbing in Birmingham has today been named as Mahmoud Alabdullah.
Tributes have been paid to 'kind and lovely' Mahmoud who was found seriously injured in Cherrywood Road, Bordesley Green, on Sunday morning (5 November). The 28-year-old was rushed to hospital but sadly nothing could be done save him.

Hide AdIn a statement his family said: "Mahmoud was always happy and his loss will be felt by everyone that knew him. He was a kind and lovely person to spend time with. He brought smiles to everyone who knew him." West Midlands Police have charged Tarik Al-Mitheab, aged 21 from Bordesley Green, with murder.
He was remanded to appear before Birmingham Magistrates Court yesterday (8 November). Three other men arrested in connection with the killing have been bailed with strict conditions while enquiries continue.
