Birmingham has a proud past and history and there are many places which are still sadly missed that were once an integral part of the city’s identity.

1. C&A, Corporation Street

2. Pagoda Park, Smallbrook Queensway
In the 1980s was a popular nightclub with three floors and the DJ going up and down in a glass lift. The venue used to host themed events as well. | google
3. The Filibuster
The Filibuster pub was a rock bar located by St Chads Circus | Google
4. Bogarts, New Street
This is the approximate site of Bogarts. Where there is now offices and banks, there was a three floor club that was popular in the 1970s. The top floor hosted the acts. Most bands that played there were Heavy metal or Hard Rock | google
