The latest house price data, based on Land Registry figures, was published by the Office for National Statistics on September 25, 2024.

The figures, for the year to March 2024, help give us an idea of the places seeing the biggest annual percentage decrease.
Here are the Sandwell neighbourhoods where house prices have fallen the most since March 2023 to March 2024.
