The latest house price data, based on Land Registry figures, was published by the Office for National Statistics on September 25.
There are few surprises when it comes to the most expensive and cheapest areas of Birmingham in which to buy a house, with the usual candidates topping those lists.
But the rate at which prices are rising gives an indication of the most up and coming areas of Birmingham.
The figures, for the year to March 2024, help give us an idea of the places seeing the biggest annual percentage decrease.
Here are the 17 Birmingham neighbourhoods where house prices have fallen the most since March 2023 to March 2024.

1. Lozells West
The average house price in Lozells West fell by 36.4583% during the year ending in March 2024, to £152,500 | West Midlands Police

The average house price in Brandwood North fell by 21.9178% during the year ending in March 2024, to £285,000 | Google

The average house price in here fell by 21.1905% during the year ending in March 2024, to 165,500 | Google Maps

The average house price fell by 20.2186% during the year ending in March 2024, to £219,000 | Google
