Ward End Elim Church at 4 Church Walk in Ward End will have a guide price* of £125,000+ in the livestreamed auction on Wednesday 11 December.
Ian Tudor, commercial auction director at Bond Wolfe, said: “These vacant freehold detached church premises are located within an established residential area.
“The property comprises a detached single storey church building believed to have been erected in the 1970s of brick construction with a pitched tiled roof.

“This includes the main worship hall, meeting rooms, office, stores, kitchen, toilets and a garage or store area. The accommodation extends to approximately 3,425 sq ft and is well presented, benefitting from gas central heating.
“There is a surfaced, fenced and gated car park outside, of which Birmingham City Council holds title to a small part.

“But the current owners have controlled this area and have used it themselves exclusively since 1975, and a statutory declaration on this is in the legal pack.”
The Elim church occupies a prominent position fronting Church Walk, close to its junction with St Margaret's Road, an established residential suburb around for miles east of Birmingham city centre.
