Animal charity RSPCA in Birmingham have several dogs up for adoption and you can could become their family. Dogs are a great addition to all kinds of families.
You can find a dog that suits your living situation quite easily as the RSPCA have a large number of dogs of various breeds and sizes. Whether you have young kids or teens or none - there is a dog that would fit your home.
Dogs are also incredibly helpful towards improving our mental health as they give us something positive to focus on, according to PDSA.
If you want to adopt any of the dogs staying at RSPCA, contact them through their website.
In the meantime, here are seven dogs looking for a second chance and a loving family:

1. Scout
She loves her walkies and doesn’t pull on the lead She still has her nervous times but looks to her handler for support and confidence when worried. RSPCA would want new owners to visit her several times prior to taking her home, to ensure Scout is comfortable and a nice bond has begun. | RSPCA

2. Poppy
Poppy loves her walkies and can sometimes pull on the lead, new owners will need to be active to provide her with the exercise she loves and needs. In the right quiet, experienced, adult home Poppy will blossom before your eyes. | RSPCA

3. Luna
RSPCA are looking for a stable, adult only home for Luna with some experience of larger bull-breeds (although Luna is actually very petite for a Presa Canario X) and experience with nervey dogs who are happy to come and visit Luna a few times to build a bond with her before transitioning her into her new life. Luna is not social with other dogs but when she is bonded to her handler she is no trouble at all. | RSPCA

4. Chase
This is a 3-year-old XL Bully. Chase loves to play with toys and with his bonded people and his athleticism is still surprising us, considering his size! He knows lots of commands and is very responsive to his humans, good news for a dog of his size and strength. | RSPCA
