A renowned Italian restaurant in Birmingham has been put up for sale.

Pasta Di Piazza on Warwick Road, in Acocks Green, is currently on the market for £149,950. The current owners are offering the restaurant for sale so that they can relocate and concentrate on other business interests, according to Zoopla.

A statement on the Zoopla website, read: "Since ownership they have continually invested in new equipment along with fixtures and fittings which are all bought and paid for and included within the sale price which is a huge plus for a new owner as additional funds will not need to be spent for some time."

The restaurant has a high rating on Google reviews. With a score of 4.6 stars from more than 300 reviews. One customer wrote: "Absolutely beautiful food, great service and a very good price!", while another wrote: "This place has quickly become my go to for hearty Italian food."

The restaurant is currently operated with the help of four full time and three part time members of staff and has an average weekly turnover of £7,000-£7,500.

The menu offers a fine range of authentic Italian cuisine, including pizzas, and all meals are freshly cooked to order using high quality produce and can be accompanied with some fine wines and enjoyed within the cosy restaurant.
