The 20-year-old has a Champions League semi-final against Bayern Munich and England teammate Harry Kane to look forward to this evening. Bellingham and Kane are rivals this week and one former Premier League boss believes that the Stourbridge-born star will pip him to an individual award this summer.

Stuart Pearce played for Nottingham Forest, Newcastle United and West Ham, and later became the manager of Manchester City and Great Britain. The 62-year-old thinks that he will eclipse the goal scoring efforts of Kane this summer and score the most goals in the tournament.

“I think the Golden Boot winner at Euro 2024 will be Jude Bellingham,” said Pearce to OLBG.

“I think he's playing a more advanced role for both club and country at the moment and I think Jude will be the Golden Boot winner. If England are going to be successful, he's going to have to be scoring.”
