Organised by Redditch BID, the Redditch Business Awards is a prestigious event to celebrate the drive, passion and success that make the Redditch business community so unique. From bold start-ups to established leaders, the awards recognise the people and organisations working hard to make a difference in Redditch.

In a night full of celebration, emotion and pride. A packed house watched Stagecoach Redditch open the show performing ‘The Thinks You Can Think’ from Seussical Jnr. The students aged between 6 – 15 years old overcame adversity as a scheduling error meant they got no on stage rehearsal time. Unphased by the challenge, these young performers showed effortless professionalism as they stole the show.

Stagecoach Redditch Principal, Michelle Westwood was so impressed by her troupe’s performance:

‘We were asked if we could put a performance together and open the show. Despite only one hours rehearsal prior to the show and no on stage rehearsal time, all 33 students pulled off an outstanding performance and really embodied our "Creative Courage for Life" motto!’

To top off the evening Michelle and her team were overjoyed to win the top prize of the night:

‘We are delighted that we won creative business of the year 2025. It is an incredible recognition of all the hard work of the staff and students throughout Stagecoach Redditch's 20 year history.’
