New Myths and Superstitions themed days will run from Saturday, October 24 to Sunday, November 1, from 10am to 5pm.

Visitors will be invited to become detectives and help track down the suspicious Quack Doctor, following clues to uncover the strange happenings around the historic town.

The museum's Halloween Nights will also return on selected dates between October 24 and 31.

The family-friendly evenings will feature spooky historic characters and Halloween experiences, while younger visitors can dress up and take part in trick-or-treating around the museum's 1940s to 1960s high street.

The autumn programme continues in November with the Festival of Light on Saturday, November 7, from 6pm.

The event will celebrate the spirit of Diwali with food, family activities, Bollywood and bhangra performances, live music and a lantern procession through the historic streets.

A Peaky Blinders evening will then take place on Saturday, November 14, from 7pm.

Fans will be able to explore locations associated with the internationally acclaimed show, including Charlie's Yard, with live music, food and entertainment also planned. Visitors are encouraged to dress in Peaky Blinders-inspired outfits.
