China Dragon, a takeaway at 160-162 Green Lane, Castle Bromwich, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on September 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Solihull's 113 takeaways with ratings, 71 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
