New House, a takeaway at 255 Longmore Road, Shirley, Solihull was given the score after assessment on September 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Solihull's 113 takeaways with ratings, 71 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
