Saffron Indian Takeaway, a takeaway at 58 Damson Lane, Solihull, West Midlands was given the score after assessment on September 7, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Solihull's 113 takeaways with ratings, 71 (63%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
