A Solihull restaurant has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Simla Restaurant And Cocktail Bar, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 3 Alcott Lane, Marston Green, Birmingham was given the minimum score after assessment on October 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Solihull's 323 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 268 (83%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
