A Solihull restaurant has been handed a new zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Shirley Spice, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 393 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands was given the minimum score after assessment on August 15, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Solihull's 324 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 268 (83%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
