Tap & Tandoor, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 658 Warwick Road, Solihull was given the top score after assessment on October 24, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Solihull's 321 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 268 (83%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
