A Solihull drinking establishment has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Wharf Tavern, a pub, bar or nightclub at Wharf Inn, 2390 Stratford Road, Hockley Heath, Solihull West Midlands was given the maximum score after assessment on May 9, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Solihull's 118 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 80 (68%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
