Miss Macaroon, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit Su45 Resorts World, Pendigo Way, Birmingham was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on March 22.

And Wongs Chinese Takeaway, a takeaway at 91 Hobs Moat Road, Elmdon, Solihull was given a score of zero on May 25.
