New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Solihull’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Caffe Nero, at Unit 2, 15-19 High Street, Solihull was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on October 31.

And Ellora Curry Centre, at 1661 High Street, Knowle, Solihull, West Midlands was given a score of one on October 31.

It means that of Solihull's 326 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 269 (83%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
