Food hygiene ratings given to two Solihull restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Solihull’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Solihull’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Picnic Basket Marston Green, at 6 Holly Lane, Marston Green, Birmingham was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 30.

And Shapla Tandoori, at 173a Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull was also given a score of four on September 30.

It means that of Solihull's 505 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 424 (84%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
