Fortune Inn, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 324 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on May 10.

And Shirley Kebab House, a takeaway at 161 Stratford Road, Shirley, Solihull was given a score of one on May 10.
