Shopping centre opening times for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day in Birmingham and beyond

With the New Year around the corner, Birmingham's shopping centres have revealed their opening times for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, helping residents plan their visits.

The Bullring, at the heart of Birmingham, will open from 10am to 6pm on New Year's Eve and from 10am to 5pm on New Year's Day.

Grand Central, another key destination for city shoppers, will open slightly earlier on New Year's Eve, from 9am to 6pm, and will match the Bullring's hours on New Year's Day.

Further afield, Merry Hill will welcome shoppers from 9am to 5pm on New Year's Eve and extend its hours to 10am to 6pm on New Year's Day.

Meanwhile, the Fort Shopping Park, a popular choice on the city's outskirts, will be open from 9:30am to 5pm on New Year's Eve and 11am to 5pm on New Year's Day.
