China Kitchen, a takeaway at 13 Wendover Road, Rowley Regis was given the score after assessment on August 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sandwell's 351 takeaways with ratings, 167 (48%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
