Jun Jun House, a takeaway at 302 Queens Road, Smethwick was given the maximum score after assessment on July 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Sandwell's 358 takeaways with ratings, 168 (47%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
