A Sandwell restaurant has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Red Oven, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 607a Bearwood Road, Smethwick was given the score after assessment on December 11, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Sandwell's 290 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 187 (64%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
