A Sandwell restaurant has been handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Aarons Kitchen Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 5 Tollgate Precinct, High Street, Smethwick was given the maximum score after assessment on May 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Sandwell's 277 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 187 (68%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
