Road closures: three for Sandwell drivers over the next fortnight
Drivers in and around Sandwell will have three National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.

Hide AdThe latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• M5, from 8pm October 26 to 6am November 5, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 Juct one North and southbound, off slip roads, Lane closure on behalf of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council.
And a further two closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• M6, from 9pm October 31 to 6am November 1, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M6 both directions jct eight to jct 6, lane closure for barrier safety repairs.

Hide Ad• M5, from 9pm November 6 to 6am November 25, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M6 southbound, jct eight to jct six, slip road and lane closures due to carriageway repairs, diversion via national highways network.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
