New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Sandwell’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

West Side Fish Bar, at 12 Oldbury Road, Rowley Regis was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on November 16.

And Kashmir Grill House, at 79 Shireland Road, Smethwick was given a score of two on November 16.

It means that of Sandwell's 351 takeaways with ratings, 171 (49%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
