The Windmill, a pub, bar or nightclub at 116 Coronation Road, Wednesbury was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 14.

And Pizza Box U.K Ltd, a takeaway at 7 Nicholls Street, West Bromwich was given a score of four on November 6.
