My Sandwich Club Ltd, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Unit 2 Premier House, 1 Rolfe Street, Smethwick was handed a three-out-of-five rating after assessment on September 6.

And Tigerbite, a takeaway at 12 Unity Place, Oldbury was also given a score of three on September 6.
