New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to three of Sandwell’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

• Rated 4: Jasmine House at 146 George Road, Oldbury; rated on September 28

• Rated 3: Caspian Pizza at 5 Tower Road, Tividale; rated on September 28

• Rated 3: Frydays Fish and Chips at Unit 1, 290 Whitehall Road, Tipton; rated on September 28

It means that of Sandwell's 362 similar establishments with ratings, 177 (49%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
