Couple of care services told to improve in Sandwell


A pair of social care services have been given negative ratings in Sandwell.
The Care Quality Commission gives ratings to care providers and other organisations across England. It rates how well the service is performing against various criteria – with overall rankings ranging from 'outstanding' to 'inadequate'.

Hide AdThe latest batch of ratings from the CQC show two providers have been rated in Sandwell in September.
A community-based service, Solution2care Services Limited, was told it 'requires improvement' on September 15. The service was last inspected on July 3.
Having been inspected on June 27, CSK Support 24 Ltd – another care provider – was also judged as needing improvement. The rating was published on September 23.
A service found to be needing improvement will not be up to the CQC's standards.
