Crufts 2025 is set to welcome over 20,000 dogs to the NEC Birmingham, celebrating canine talent and companionship.
From agility and obedience to Best in Show, the event promises a packed schedule of competitions, displays, and activities. Here's what you need to know.

Hide AdFor four days between Thursday, March 6 to Sunday, March 9, all sorts of dog breeds in all sizes compete in an array of competitions and events, including the world renowned Best In Show.
Categories this year and new competitions
- Thu 6 Mar 2025: Hound and Terrier
- Fri 7 Mar 2025: Utiity and Toy
- Sat 8 Mar 2025: Gundog
- Sun 9 Mar 2025: Working & Pastoral and Best in Show final
Crufts 2025 will include the following new categories and competitions:
- Young Person of the Year Award: Recognizes outstanding Young Kennel Club members and their dogs
- Polish Hunting Dog: This newly recognized breed will be in the Discover Dogs area for the first time
- Scruffts: A crossbreed competition with heats held throughout the year


How to get tickets
Tickets for Crufts are on sale and available to purchase online now. You can buy them here.
There are an array of tickets available including day tickets from Thursday to Sunday. Advance tickets start at £15 for children (aged 9-15) and concessions, and £26 for adults (Best in Show). Tickets are free for under 8s.

Can I still enter crufts?
Yes. Postal entries closed on January 6, 2025, but online entries close on January 20, 2025. To enter, dogs must be Kennel Club registered and meet other criteria, such as placing in a championship show.
