Around £84,000 worth of cannabis plants have been seized by police in Halesowen.

A cannabis farm worth around £84,000 was shut down by police in an early morning raid.

At around 5.15am on Tuesday morning (October 31), the Halesowen Neighbourhood Police Team executed a warrant at a property on Belgrave Road.

Police found 84 cannabis plants inside the property, believed to have an estimated street value of £84,000. No one was present at the property when officers arrived but police say enquiries are ongoing to identify the occupiers. An electricity meter has also been tampered with at the address. Police say all the plants found property have been seized and destroyed by it’s cannabis disposal team.
