A Birmingham takeaway has been handed a new one-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Wing Soon Chinese, a takeaway at 320 Rectory Road, Sutton Trinity, Birmingham, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on July 31, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Birmingham's 837 takeaways with ratings, 344 (41%) have ratings of five and just 18 have zero ratings.
