Riland Sports Cafe, a takeaway at Rivand Cafe, Riland Road, Birmingham, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on August 8, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Birmingham's 923 takeaways with ratings, 310 (34%) have ratings of five and just 19 have zero ratings.
