Karahi king, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 346 Coventry Road, Nechells, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on February 4, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Birmingham's 1,535 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 823 (54%) have ratings of five and just 24 have zero ratings.
