Do Drop In, St. Stephens Church Hall, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at St Stephens Vicarage, Edgewood Road, Longbridge, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on October 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Birmingham's 1,416 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 772 (55%) have ratings of five and just 17 have zero ratings.
