Easy Dining, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Court Manager Westhall Court, 1 Sheldon Heath Road, Stechford And Yardley North, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on October 6, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Birmingham's 1,735 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 916 (53%) have ratings of five and just 20 have zero ratings.
