Syrian House, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 392 Coventry Road, Nechells, Birmingham was given the score after assessment on October 19, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Birmingham's 1,729 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 915 (53%) have ratings of five and just 21 have zero ratings.
